The Rookie and Granny have been instructed by Mom to wave at the grandchildren when they leave our house until they are out of sight, so that no one will be disappointed. Apparently singing the theme song to the Beverly Hillbillies is optional.

I think that’s what the neighbors are saying about us… feel pretty stupid out there waving for 45 seconds straight :-)
